Shipping Policy:
Order Processing: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. For expedited processing, select our expedited shipping option. Expedited orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Tracking Information: Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to be updated by the postal service.
Expedited Shipping Deadline: For 2-day Priority Express Shipping options, orders must be placed before 2:00pm EST on the business day of purchase. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Non-Delivery Issues: If you experience a non-delivery or if your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Responsibility for Delivered Packages: Eleven78 Clothing does NOT hold responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier OR responsible for lost of stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Address Accuracy: Ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before completing your order (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). We do not update shipping addresses due to cardholder security. Packages returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Availability: We ship to most international countries.
Transit Time: Transit time varies depending on the shipping option selected. For DHL Express Mail, transit time ranges from 7 to 14 business days. Once your package reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local mail carrier for final delivery, which typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days.
Import Taxes and Duties: Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are levied once your package reaches its destination and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Eleven78 Clothing cannot predict or estimate the amount of these fees, as they vary by country. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for more information regarding customs policies and fees.
Refused Orders: Orders that are refused by the customer may be subject to additional charges, including the original shipping cost and return shipping fees. Eleven78 Clothing is NOT responsible for these charges and reserves the right to deduct them from any applicable refunds. Refused orders may also be subject to becoming a total loss, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
