Return Policy

We understand that ordering online can sometimes be challenging. To make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible, we offer returns for store credit to be used towards future purchases. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Store Credit: Items returned within 14 business days from the original shipment date are eligible for store credit. Returns received after this period will not be accepted. Please notify us before sending any items back.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. All returns will be issued as store credit.

Return Shipping: We do not provide return labels. The item is YOUR responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and sent back to you.

Please email us at info@shopeleven78clothing.com for a return merchandise approval. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
